Mayfair Post Office

The staff are nice and kind but they have been consistently selling products out of date. I flagged it many time and products r still on the shelves. I do check everytime. I flagged this a week ago and now it is still there. They r putting people’s health at risk

The worst post office ever, owner is rude and a rip off. Went in for PP photos, costs £10. Asked a staff member to email me the soft copy on email and he obliged, all over of a sudden owner walks in and says that'll be an extra £2.50 to email me the copies. At first i thought it was a joke but he was dead serious and says "we don't offer a free service here". I mean it's already a rip off 2 PP photos for £10, but an extra £2.50 for an email? at this day and age who charges to send an email? I would advise anyone to keep off this post office what a rip off.

This post office staff should improve their behaviour and attitude. They need to be more gentle and respectful to the customers.

I needed to post something next day delivery for a friends birthday. Unfortunately, there is a strike on the next day and apparently now it had stretched for further days. I got the most insensitive, rude lady who told me to drive to deliver it to my friend. I don’t have a car, I explained to her. She then went on to tell me to courier it… I may be delivering it in Mayfair …. But I’m also not going to spend triple the amount of the gift couriering it. I’m posing it in Mayfair but that does not mean I work nearby and have disposable money.
She continued to laugh in my face when I said her alternative options were too expensive and I just wanted to know when she thought this gift might be delivered so I can tel my friend.
She was INCREDIBLY rude. I hope no one has to deal with this horrible women again!

HM Post Office need to do a serious inspection of this place. The service and business conduct is downright disgusting.
The woman at the tills and the old man downstairs are both disgraceful.
This place should not be allowed to operate.
If you have had a bad experience, please report them.

Great, I had fast and friendly service, I’ve only been the one time but no complaints!

Do not use if you are sending valuable items… Really bad! Lost my £60 parcel . Even though i had written out my address correctly the post office had trouble locating my address so i had to search through my address again to see if i had made a mistake. I hadnt made a mistake with address.

Although i paid for tracking post my item did not move through the royal mail system.

It stayed in the mayfair post office . So a week later i went and was told they cant check the system. So i qued up again and someone else actually helped me and explained that it should have arrived with the receiver now.
Im now over a month with the parcel pending, out of pocket and unable to claim from royal mail.
