Sydenham Post Office

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I came here. I have never come across such unprofessional behaviour in my life. It is a real example of something that any proper post office would be shocked at. My advice is avoid it at all costs

The post office isn’t always open they seem to shut randomly for twenty minutes etc in the afternoon due to lack of staff and have to shut the shop so they can take a break

Useless.

It said the Post Office opened at 9am until 5pm.

I NEEDED to post something that day, I went in at 1pm on my lunch break, she said the Post Office doesn't open until 2pm.

I work until 5.30pm so that was my only opportunity.

Something similar has now happened twice to me & once to my housemate!

Do not rely on this place.

This post office used to be ok but now is never open. Today's excuse was *password has expired* so they just closed instead of fixing the problem. The staff aren't trained and the management is terrible. Just don't bother going here.

Worse post office ever. The reviews speak for themselves. Royal Mail should consider closing this branch.

When is it ever open? My wife went to post a parcel on Saturday morning only to find the PO closed early. I went along today and was told that the Post Office wasn't open till 12. It is just never open.

Appalling. Checked opening times online for post office, but closed anyway. Apparently for the foreseeable future, as no one’s trained to do the job. No signs to notify just unapologetic staff. Avoid.

Appalling service,everyday there is a new excuse on why can’t post or use postal services, Condescending staff,rude,aggressive. What’s the point of having a post office their when it’s never open, whole shop will shut due to the arrogance of the staff,useless
