Post box

The Royal Mail post pillar box in Germain Street by The Red Lion PH in Chesham. This rather scruffy pillar box is located right at the very end of Germain Street where it once joined Red Lion Street. It's now in full view of three drinking establishments so should get their custom as Germain Street is no longer the commercial road it once was for any use other than locals going home. As a now annexed road (a dead end) there are no passing motorists, you have to deliberately drive to it. The end of the road next to the box are protected by double yellow lines so to keep it clear for U-turn manoeuvres. However, you can park kerbside 15 or so yards short of the box, so no big problem. And no, you can't pull over on the Red Lion Street side.
