Netherfield Post Office

Will not use this post office again! They are rude and when their card machine broke and they couldn't confirm whether my payment had been taken they made me do a 8 mile trip to come back to pay again. No apology stating it not their fault blah blah blah. Very annoyed! Lack of customer service completely.

They have applications for DVLA, and they do not know that they need to be sent. Since the documents are going to exchange a letter, it costs 1.77 £ + Voucher for 5.38 £. You do not need to confirm the Englishman just sending a letter all right. They can't help or know how to send a letter to DVLA. Very poor service. It's good that I have a trusted post at Meadows, and no one's doing it. 👍

Always a pleasure to pop in and see these lovely lot. I make a point of always using this branch as they are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I'm an online seller, sending parcels and artwork frequently and can't recommend them enough :-)

Really helpful staff. I changed the tax class on my car here and I spoke to staff over the phone first and then went in to the branch and a really helpful lady made the whole process straightforward and streamlined.

I have a drop and go account here and the staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Service with a smile 😊.

Came in for the first time by chance… such a lovely atmosphere and staff.. lifted my spirits straightaway!
