Staple Tye Post Office

Firstly the opening times are false, the shop closes at 8pm not the post office. Although after questioning you about what item you are sending by the shop staff they still take your parcels & give you a tracking number.

After ringing yesterday a different member a staff said they don’t receive packages after closing hour so I’m still at a lost as to what’s going on but all I do know is I’m out of a lot of money. I'm not directly accusing anyone of theft but just take caution when using this particular place as your expensive items may conveniently get lost. Trying to contact or speak to someone at Royal Mail themselves is as successful as finding a needle in a haystack

Came in today to send a parcel, not something I do regularly but had a really nice, friendly service from Keisha who sorted it out for me. Will definitely use this post office again.

Opening times which stated online are not what they keep to in store at all. Extreamly unhelpful to anyone using the services of the post office.

Awful post office. Meant to open at 9 currently stood in the que and it's 9.30!!! Shop staff said they just turn up when they like it!!!

Female Staff are rude and obnoxious they walk around like they own the earth both need teaching in the art of manners which is hard to find now days feel sorry for there partners going by the attitudes and manners shown won’t be going back

The Staple Tye post office and shop staff are very friendly and helpful. However with Covid pandemic the online information about opening and closing times needs updating as it makes them look inconsistent. Generally a very lovely team of staff , very professional and helpful.

Closing times advertised on Google are not true.
Post Office sign says on the door:
"If the shop's open, we are open."
This is not the case, wasting people's time with their false opening times.
Please update this...

Patient and lovely staff! I had an issue with my package but they were able to help me out and get it sorted in no time. The area to queue is a bit cramped now because of covid but there’re clear markings for where to stand and the staff manage the flow of people well!
