Ridiculous service. Opening hours are not as advertised as online. They only function in 2 hour slots throughout the day with large gaps in between. How is anyone who works a normal working day able to collect missed deliveries?! Useless building.

Visited Epping post office this morning and noticed while queuing up for post office at least **6 people**were allowed into shop area and queue for post office not wearing a a mandatory requirement face mask?? The staff just turned a blind eye not even a said a word when it is still a mandatory requirement to wear a mask inside retail shops and post office.
This is irresponsible behaviour and off putting to other members of the public during a national Health pandemic

It would be helpful if the website showed the opening hours of the Post Office counter when all the services are available and not just McColls opening hours. It’s also a shame that McColls/the Post Office have now decided that dogs are not allowed when they had done for years. Custom has been lost to WHS as a result. I’ve always found the staff friendly and helpful.

Been to Epping and Harlow Post Offices five times in the last week and each time they're closed...I've always there in their advertised hours!
Does anyone know their actual hours???

The actual shop staff are much better than the actual post office staff, they take over the counter after 5:30 and are great. There is a male worker of middle eastern or Asian descent who countless times has been very rude and unhelpful, not just to me but everyone time I’m in there he’s always giving grief to someone. I tried to renew my mothers disabled car tax as I have done every year at the post office with no issue, yet first time in 10+ years he said I couldn’t do it there and that I don’t have the right documents... never heard that in 10+ years as we have all the disability documents. I went down to Loughton and they did it in 20 seconds. Not only that but It’s gotten to the point that I go there after hours just so the polite shop staff serve me rather than the post office staff, I can’t find any way to complain about him to The post office otherwise I would. I have no idea how he’s kept the job for so long, I see him reject and deny more people than he successfully serves. Apparently there will be a problem with my parcel, yet if I go to any other post office they’ll accept with no issue. I’ve seen countless other customers be frustrated at him so I’m sure I’m not the only one to think this. Disappointed that I can’t use my own local post office.

Very rude workers - entered the post office and went straight to the front as there was no one in line. There were two Caucasian ladies at the tells and chatting away with each other. I stood in front of them for a good couple of minutes while they continued to chat away without any acknowledgement that I was standing there.
Only after they had finished with their chat they turned around and abruptly told me to move in front of them to be served (even though I had been standing there the whole time).
They were two older Caucasian ladies - I know one of them to be rude most of the time I have been there.
Absolutely appalling and just ruins your day.

Lady serving from oriental background is clueless on customer service. The little Asian man hiding behind her clearly suffers from little man Napoleon syndrome and is infantile as defined by his stature. Suspect he failed the customer management course run by Basil Faulty! Concept of wearing masks escapes them both.
