The best sub post office branch I've ever been to. Drop and go service is fantastic.

Friendly helpful and efficient always call me with any queries. If only all small stores and branches were like these lovely guys.

Have been going to this shop many times now. Most of them for parcel returns and Royal Mail. Very handy to have these services in a local shop. They have a large range of items (food, drinks and stationary) and prices are reasonable. Staff are helpful as well!

Never any issues and glad I found them.

Team always helpful and up for a good chat and my local go to point during the pandemic, both for small grocery shopping and postal services.

Especially with regards to the postal services, team super helpful, you can drop anytime during day / week, and will go out with next batch. Don’t need to worry about formal Royal Mail cutoff times etc. Also very helpful that they accept Hermes too, so can cover two providers in one shop!

I’ve been using this local shop for the past 7 years since I moved to Dartford.
The staff are really friendly and get to know their customers.
Their range of goods is really good I just popped in for baking paper and to post some parcels it’s great you can do everything in the same place.
During the pandemic this shop has saved me having to travel far. The floor is marked out with distancing stickers so I feel safe when I go in.

The woman behind the counter is utterly rude and needs to understand that if a shop alienates its customers it doesn't survive. You don't get this poor attitude at the Tesco Express just down the road which also has a greater range of products.

Please whatever you do, do not send parcels through this shop! I sent a very expensive item and according to the tracker it never left the shop. The shop owners were very rude and not helpful especially the woman manager. My parcel never got delivered so you can imagine the conclusion.

I can't reply so I will add to this comment! I had contacted the courier service and apparently it went "missing" as others went missing from your shop apparently. And you did not give me the driver's number! Regardless the woman manager is utterly rude!

They are so friendly and welcoming. They speak to my children who have special needs brilliantly, always so lovely and chatty. And when my children go to the counter with their bits they always encourage them to say what it is what they want or need. Such a brilliant family, such a wonderful shop and not over priced like most corner shops and such a wide variety available.

It seems you get different service depending who served you. The gentleman are kind and understanding the lady is rude , likes to show authority and enjoys agitating customers. In customer service you are only as good as your worst employee, something she needs to know if she has had any training. If a customer is panicking about where she is parked maybe do not respond with " not my problem" wow if I heard a member of my staff say that to a customer. The reason why I retaliated and was defensive is because with 25 years experience in customer service I could see you holding the threat of not giving the parcel out as enjoyment of your authority and i needed to show my son that you do not give in to people like that. All you have done is upset my son and added to the reviews on your service.RESPONSE thank you for your reply , for a start i did not swear at her, she would of loved that and used that again as a power of authority and another thing my kids have always collected parcels from the gentleman with the appropriate ID as you have read from below comments it seems the lady seems to deliver the same sort of service its not a one off if you think responding to a customer itd not my problem instead of helping rush the process is acceptable then you will find more reviews from other customers. Again looking at the comments about her service nothing gets done .
