Farnham Road Post Office & Convenience Store

I have visited this post office for a few times. Every time they try to charge you more when sending parcels, when it supposed to be large letter they charge for small parcels. Even if you point out the mistake after checking the receipt, they wouldn't give your money back. They are untrustworthy for the service they provide. If you have to post there, make sure you know the size and weight of parcels/letters. Don't give them a chance to charge you more then what you supposed to pay.

Fantastic Service!... I run a online business and always have many parcels to send every week. I used to post my parcels at the Stoke Poges Lane Post office but they refused to take my parcels and are extremely rude.

The ladies at Farnham Road Post Office are very polite and very fast in processing my parcels. I am very happy with the service provided at Farnham Road Post Office.

Even the page said the post office open until 7pm they didn’t served me at 17:37 because they closed at 5:30pm

Rude staff

Of course you can ask why. You make up different prices of items every time I go in there, add fees for paying by card (even tho this has been illegal for years now) and assume I’m stealing when I go to the wrong till to pay for packaging. Hmmm

Rude Customer service, no update on post office timing seperately when ask just rolled eyes and says nothing to do with us post office counter, very very rude

I have sent multiple parcels yo Italy and Norway and the ladies st the post office were very helpful. I sent them as gifts and it was delivered in time (2 weeks) frame they mentioned.

We needed to buy postal stamps and envelopes we got both there and were able to do some posting in the box outside. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare at times but on this occasion we were lucky.

[07/11/2014] The Older Man is so RUDE and doesn't have a clue on the Rules. Refuses to do things saying the customer is wrong even when the customer has provided all the correct document and verified with the governing body what documents are needed. He has been reported.

Went to get Road TAX called DVLA and was told I need V5C/2 and MOT and V62. had all that and still he refused saying he wont accept it and needs the V5C

Here are the Guidance Rules Section F from Form V62

You can tax your vehicle at a Post Office® branch that deals with
vehicle tax by using your V5C/2. You may also need to fill in this form if
you only have the V5C/2.

2021. The older man has not been there for a number of years now and service has become alot better.
