Syston Post Office

Went to this post office 2 weeks ago to post 2 pre franked letters to overseas destinations and i was told there wasn't enough postage on them. I asked the lady to check again for me and she insisted she was right and they needed more postage on them. So i gave up and told her its ok i will go elsewhere and as i walked out she rudely shouted after me it will be the same price at every post office, so i went to Birstall post office where the lady processed the letters with no problem at all and the letters arrived at their destination last week. thanks for making me have to go well out of my way for a more professional service i wont be back

Can't fault their service. They've really helped me out now that most of the banks in Syston have closed, with being able to deposit cash and cheques into my account through the Post Office. I've also collected lots of mail from them and never had any issues.

Amazing service, friendly, well organised. I travel 4 miles to use this post office approximately 3 times a week as its the best post office iv ever used.

Staff are knowledgeable on all products.
I did a digital passport check and send application and they made it so simple. All documents needed were checked from the post office and because of this I didn't need to send out anymore documents to the passport office (saves alot of time and anxiety).
Passport photo taken from their service too. Really great way to apply for a passport, and to be completely honest id recommend paying the extra for the service. Thank you again 😊!

Popped in this morning to renew my driving licence. Completed quickly with no fuss by a very polite, friendly and smiley lady behind the counter.

Very near to my home, all staff members are so friendly & helpful on all subjects, recently renewal of my passport done by their staff help .....excellent, all done in no time & received brand new passport in no time too, much quicker. Wish'em all the best wishes as always. Thank you all.
