Good post office friendly and efficient staff

Given up on this place. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I have no fault with them at all, but as a post office it’s just too unreliable. Of the last seven times I’ve been in, I’ve come away again four of those times without being able to send parcels. The hours are misleading on the post office website (but I now know what these are), then they ran out of labels for nearly a week (so I now print these at home), and this time they can’t log into the system so can’t scan the labels I’ve printed. It’s a pain having to go to the main post office in Sevenoaks - especially at the moment - but that’s still going to be less of a pain than trying to use services at this one. Local post offices are so incredibly important to the community, but only if they actually function.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but a few times I went in and counter for postal services is closed. Why would you be open until 9pm and close after 5 for postal services? What am I supposed to go to post office to buy milk? That's the whole point of post office. And they stop providing postal services on Saturday after 12pm but on Sunday they are open until 5pm. And what does covid has to do with these changes?

For the second time in two weeks I've gone to this Post Office mid-afternoon to post parcels, only to find the shop open but Post Office counter closed due to staff shortages. Very annoying.
