There comes a point during a National crisis when, after the clapping and the community has pulled together, the things that have blighted our daily lives becomes so highlighted that it is glaring in the horror it causes.
This is so of the queue outside the Streatham “customer service point” Royal Mail office. The end of the wait for a parcel I don’t even trust that they’ll find is as far in the distance as the end of the pandemic.
I am currently third in the outside queue which will one day move forward to the inside queue. I have been here 45 minutes. I’m assuming an hour of my life will be spent hoping for a glimpse of a postie with my package. I’m optimistic of course.
Yet not one outside to reassure the customers they are serving. A spread of dejected customers are strewn along the pavement in my footsteps.
Well done Streatham Collection office. Appalling service. It really isn’t rocket science.

Lost my parcel for 2 weeks says it’s in the depot since the 23rd and out for delivery I’ve now come to this shot place for the 3rd time for them to tell me they can’t find it. They keep giving me a customer service number which keeps informing me that the parcel has reached the depot and it’s out for delivery every single day ….. I’m so angry at this point they need to fire the workers because they don’t have a clue of what they’re doing.

Great service. Very quick to get my parcel. Very polite. Working in customer service myself, I can imagine these guys have to put up with a lot of hassle from the awful British general public. I take my hat off to you. Keep up the good work.

STREATHAM ROYAL MAIL D.O. is the worst place where receiving parcels. There are tons of lost items and thousand dissatisfied customers. In Streatham DO there are strange employees, they were unable to help me to find my parcel, telling me strange stories about scammer seller from China. And suggested do not buy from there. But I checked better and my parcel was sent. The most strange thing was that from the beginning of the explanation he looked worried about something, many employees came out to support him like they wanted protect him. But I swear, I am a very peaceful person. Maybe they were not sincere. Okay, their job is hard, but they could not be scared by a 60 yo woman. In my opinion, parcel aren't lost, they are stolen by somebody in the warehouse. So, I suggest Royal Mail to look after to these people. Anyway, be aware of this D.O. and buy on Amazon, at least they are able to do the job!

No red note card for notification if no one is home. How will you know they came (postman)? and what to do next? It's first time that happened my parcel was held for 17 days because there is no notification from Royal Mail. What's happening to the services Royal Mail?

This September 28/2022. I sent an expensive camera lens return to Amazon and today is October 12th and it has not been returned yet. Once when I went to the office and inquired, the staff told me that it had been tracked down and that it had reached the office called Gate Vic on the 29th. It's been two weeks now and it's still there. Always there when tracking. They say something is on strike. It is an item with an 700 pound value. Im too worried about that

I went into the depot to chase up a parcel I was waiting for. The customer service received from Terry was excellent 100%. He went above and beyond to sort my query and parcels were located and received. Thank you very much TERRY 😊 for your exceptional customer service. Totally appreciated.

Absolutely rubbish. They say they have attempted delivery when they have not. They never leave cards.
And most of the time the goods go missing. I would strongly advise that people stop using this dreadful service
