Dartford Post Office & Riverview Newsagents

Very rude and untrustworthy woman! Seems to only be friendly with white British men. If your female and Asian, don't step foot in! Other females - asked your fella to go. My fella said the moment I stepped in she changed from over friendly to a bi**h!
The man has been kind and friendly to both of us, that's the reason for 1 star!
If you are desperate to use this post office and the man isn't serving, check you change!

I went there couple times before writing this review but honestly will not set my foot there again. The lady working there is very rude, when there is a queue of people waiting to pay she ignores it and stays talking on the phone, when you ask to pay by card for the posting services she rolls her eyes at you and tells you to carry change next time. What does it matter how I pay? Honestly worst customer service ever! Not returning

Being a white British man I am treated very well in this shop dont know about anyone else but really enjoy coming here

Let down. Not many sugar free drinks. Also careful buying the sausage rolls etc. Sometimes can be out of date.

Misleading information from the website. It is written post office opens until 3pm on sundays. However the lady insisted that I shouldn’t look at the post office website which I did not.

Post office is ok there is a man he is fine .He try his best looks like.i am coming from Crayford this post office opens at 6 am also if i come late post office is close they take my parcels .

The old lady (staff) is very rude to me . She need customers service training to talk to a customer Right .

Staff member very friendly, waited in line as the member of staff was serving both post office customers and shoppers not requiring post office services
