Had item dropped here from dpd Sunday, on Tuesday went to collect and they’ve sent it back. Won’t use again - complete waste of time

Woeful. The last twice I've been they've been closed. Shopkeeper unable to share opening times as they're understaffed. Shared that "only a few of us are trained", given there was only me and one other person in the shop I'm unsure why he couldn't have helped given he was trained. Provided advice that when open they wouldn't be able to accept my parcel as it was too large for the scales. Went to Knaphill who are SUPER helpful, and used the exact same scales?! Don't waste your time making the journey.

Called in the morning they said there post office is open, arrived in afternoon, apparently now their system doest work, and possible will work later on , don’t waste your time like I did , read the reviews

Post office is always "closed" and may be open at random times, they don't know. Very vague and unhelpful.

Always closed. This morning I was told it 'might' be open this afternoon. This afternoon it's closed and I'm told they 'don't know' if it will reopen.
