Kingsley Road Post Office

Lovely customer service. I always been received with a friendly, smiling face. I don’t know what these people are on about giving bad reviews, it’s absurd, been my regular post office for 2 years now. Find something decent to do with your time than to pick on decent people doing their job properly.

The gentleman was beyond helpful and was so welcoming and friendly. I will gladly be a regular customer.
*if you don’t know what you’re doing at a post office then I would recommend going here. They are very patient and help you achieve what you need for the best price.

I've been here a few times now and the owner is always talkative, approachable and provides great customer service, extremely helpful as always.

The Postmaster at this post office is awesome, extremely helpful, has saved me money on occasions. He is always very happy and enjoys a joke too. He is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the postal service. I will not use any other office. Excellent customer service skills. Thank-you.

The guy behind the desk was really dismissive and patronising for no reason - rolling his eyes and scoffing at questions. Rude customer service so i wont be going back

The staff are always polite and welcoming, makes returning parcels a lot more enjoyable when you know you'll be greeted with a friendly face! Can't recommend this post office enough. I only return my parcels here now due to the wonderful service. Consistently pleasant visits.
