The members are staff that work here are rude, difficult and not forthcoming. They aren't knowledgeable about postal services, and quite frankly, if I could rate them 0 I would! Customer service there is non existent! They make you feel uncomfortable and will refuse parcels that are posted after 5pm, even though you have been in the queue for thirty minutes! Despite a queue forming, they didn't get any other members of staff to help - A snail could serve faster! If there was somewhere else to post parcels in Billingshurst, I would certainly not return!

There is one female member of staff who is consistently rude and offensive to all I have witnessed her desk with, myself included. I avoid going into this branch as the previous workers followed suit. There is a young lady who has amazing customer service skills and I am relieved when she is working. I really would like to take my complaint to a higher level as I am sick of being spoken to so rudly.

Staff seem okay but the place is always shut at lunch time, the only time working people have time off to pop in, how do you need a 45 minute lunch break? I have to drive to Pulborough to send something or take time off work to come up every time I need to do anything here

I use the post office on a weekly basis for postal and banking services and have never had a problem with staff knowledge or attitude. Like many other businesses they had their staffing challenges over the last months/years, but that never caused me any issues. I will continue using this branch for all my postal, banking and money exchange needs.

This is my favourite place in the whole wide world to post my postcards to my brothers in Christ who are living in the German alps and struggle financially, the staff here have always given an old dog like me lots of help when doing my deeds and are just wonderful people in general, however one time when I was in there I was publicly humiliated by a man who will not be named but apart from that it is a wonderful place and I wish all the workers a merry Christmas and a very happy new year

Ruth and Leon are the most helpful of the members of staff. They are happy to offer advice. Both of them always have a smile for you.

Disappointed in the service lady at counter is very rude, no smile or grace and she was very abrupt as i stood calmly at the counter, she said cant help you im busy, no smile or anything! people who dont know how to behave and showing signs of mental health issue, shouldnt be working with the public, its about being kind and respectful, being rude is a big turn off. Also nobody, not one person in the shop cared to help as some present wrapping roles about 20 of them fell out of the basket that was positioned stupiedly on the edge. When leaving the store not even the postman who looked like hes living on cloud coo coo land, couldnt even bother to open the door, kind manners are not that rare anymore. If your going to be a post man or woman, be professional, and show some politeness for customers and their needs, otherwise fined a job thats not people related. Rude people are not well in the head, people they need educating on how to serve with kindness better.
