Fernhill Heath Post Office

A nice small post office in a village location. I used this post office as local post offices to me were closed, late opening hours make this post office very convenient. The female member of staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend and use this post office again. 5*

After having so many bad trips to Ombersley Road Post Office I decided to travel further up to Fernhill Heath Post Office. Despite precautions in place because of the virus staff were lovely, welcoming, friendly, positive and upbeat. The system they have in place because of the virus is also clear and effective and every customer is still being treated with great service and respect. Ombersley Road could really learn a thing or two about customer service and attitude from this post office. Well done Fernhill and keep up the amazing job you are doing, stay safe and we will see you on the other side.

Always had excellent service at this post office. The gentleman behind the counter is so cheerful, friendly, and always goes out of his way to be helpful. Really can't recommend them highly enough.

Really disappointing, this counter isn't open until 9pm
Every time I go its closed or the chap on the counter grumpily tells me he doesn't like thr post office, his shop customers come first the post office customer will have to wait.
Why do he run a post office, when clearly he doesn't like it

Normally so good, but the "older" lady serving at 8:00 pm on 20th December did not want to be there. Kept saying very loudly "I should be open til 9 but DEFINATELY closing at 830". She wanted all the customers to hear this. when we arrived at the counter with some Christmas cards for international delivery, she told us it wasn't going to happen as she wanted to close early/ she was extremely rude, and such a shame as the other staff we have had experiences with in this place were top notch. Will not be returning because of her. A horrid person.
