Kingsnorth Road Sub Post Office

Went there on my way back instead of the local asda thinking it would be a nice little shop, same as one from home.

I was the only one in the shop. I got blanked at the till for five minutes whilst they were on the computer printing barcodes. There were two people on till.... Someone else approached to top up their power card with cash and they served them first even after scanning my product.

The shop owner stood there tutting at me.

I missed my train.

Never write reviews but I've never had service that bad. EVER.

Even if I lived next door I'd walk ten mins yonasda, they will never see my money again. A shame

Experienced a tirade of abuse here this morning. I had 4 items to post and was told I was wasting his time - isn't that what he's there for, to serve his customers?
Just one person serving at the busy morning time with a steady stream of people getting their papers and milk, how is that my fault. I got there a couple of minutes before the post office side opened up and waited patiently for around ten minutes, then he begrudgingly served me and launched into a totally unprovoked verbal attack in front of other customers when he misheard me ask for a signed-for service.
He must have had a bad weekend/morning, but frankly I was disgusted with the way I was spoken to and won't be returning.

Appalling customer service, experienced a torrent of abuse this morning from a horrible man serving, who refused to provide me with proof of purchase on a parcel I was sending. Apparently they are 'too busy' as a post office...this was on a Sunday afternoon when the shop was entirely empty apart from myself. Utterly disgusted.

Horrible people, very abusive, I unfortunately share a similar address & my parcels always end up here by mistake & when I try to recover MY Personal Items that I know are there I always get treated appallingly by these people, what right do they have holding my property which has gone to them by mistake?? They Never apologise & Always cause me distress. I HATE having to go into this place!!!!! Rude Rude Rude............

Disgusting customer service. Tried calling their number to check that the Post Office had reopened to save myself a journey. No answer, after trying all morning. So, went along just in case, only to find out it is still closed. So, if you're interested today, 15 February 2018, the Post Office is currently STILL CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very reliable shop, as it is open 7 days a week from 7am till 9pm.

Extremely poor service... worst one I've been to ever. Unfortunately it's handy being local...
