Infuriating having to go here to pick up a missed parcel!! There is NO parking(parking on the double yellows outside is done at your own risk), so there is no true handicap access- even though they state on the website that there is. The alternative is an even worse location in Needham for me to collect parcels, there is definitely no access there and parking is at best tricky. And no option to have my local post office as pickup spot, so have to book a re-delivery which is a 2 day wait if you are a few minutes late booking it. I am so incredibly bored and over this, avoiding Royal Mail as best as I can, to the point of paying up to £5 more for shipping.

This lot are an ABSOLUTE JOKE. My sister got her birthday today!! Posted FIRST class on 20th July. Is there any point in 'first class'??? Firstly you get striped up for a stamp, secondly it gets delivered 8 Days later to the same county!!! I'm not surprised folk are using other, reliable delivery services!! & Most are cheaper!!!! Just found out my neices card DIDN'T even arrive at the same destination in May. What is going on here????

Turn up yesterday on a saturday opening times clearly said closing times was 5pm arrived at 4:30 and they had closed already. This isn't the first time this has happened. Don't advertise opening and closing times if these times ain't going to be stuck to for the public. Its very annoying especially for people who have took time out of there day to travel to collect there parcel.

Our postman doesn't know how to read or needs glasses everyone gave him the benefit of the doubt as he was new but getting ridiculous now I live 130 and get post for 170 plus. It really is bad when you're waiting for a hospital appointment and get told you missed the appointment

I am so upset and angry that my friend never received her birthday card which would have gone via Ipswich Sorting Office. I know it was silly of me but I sent cash and scratch cards in the post and she didn’t receive it. Someone has obviously intercepted it - shame on dishonest worker 😢😢

So the callers office is closes at midday on a Monday. Not much use to business wishing to hand over tracked mail on a Monday afternoon.

I choose the Ipswich sorting office to collect my orders from Amazon. I get free delivery using this service as opposed to paying delivery costs for home delivery - I must have saved a small fortune by using this service over the years. Despite not living in Ipswich I work nearby so it is easy and convenient for me to pick parcels up. I get text messages letting me know when goods are ready for collection. I have used this service many times over the last few years and staff have always been professional with me and everything has gone smoothly.

Been trying to collect my missed delivery 23.12 Closed due to a strike action. The way how you usually working I'm surprised that you are paid at all. Totally not supporting RM. The worst delivery service in the UK.
