Great Yarmouth Post Office

Usually ok but best to avoid anything too complicated when they're open on a Sunday as they only have one staff member working and they can't always help.

Staff are rude cows. Not just on one instance but several times these women have been mean and unhelpful. If you go in there regarding passports get prepared to feel their wrath. I'd never enter this post office again or do so at your peril. I will get the name of the woman who treated me the worst and made me feel like a fool in front of the whole store because I asked a question. I get customers can be annoying and ask the same question but if you're not prepared for this then they shouldn't work in customer service. Sack all of them I say and I'll be putting a complaint in

I would give a 0 star rating if I could but as it is not an option, 1 star it is! Absolutely shocking service from manager Sandra who was incredibly rude to me, began shouting at me from behind the desk and refused to serve me.....all for a comment that was not even aimed at her!! This is the second time I have had issues with this woman and usually avoid being served by her to prevent any further incidents however on this occasion I had no choice as she was the only available cashier. As she is the only manager there is nobody else in store to escalate problems to which is wrong because she is the individual causing issues with the public. Will avoid this post office like the plague in future....especially if it involves being served by people like sandra!!!!

Great service with sandra.... explained all about the travel money card and gave me a fantastic rate will definitely go back there again fantastic service.

Poor old sandra is terribly overworked. Maybe she should consider retiring since working a full day is clearly a problem for her. Closed a hour early yesterday because she cant handle working from 8:30. Terribly rude attitude towards myself and several other customers, none of whom actually got served.

According to the online search of W H Smith great Yarmouth Post office opening times and the only post near town centre,it said the post office is open till
5-30 pm same as the shop,

Good post office in Yarmouth jus sometimes very busy anyway still go there it’s ok!

Staff are always helpful and cheery. They do get through any queues quite quickly too
