High Street Post Office

Lovely service from the post office team, polite and patient. The staff of the shop are nice too. Would recommend!

Visit regularly, usually to pick up a parcel, or send mail and parcels overseas. Never had an issue, and the ladies are always friendly.

All staff are very polite and really helpful. I have been at the Post office a few times when disgruntled shoppers have kicked off at the staff in the post office. The lady behind the counter was within her rights to not serve this person but she still did and kept her composure professional

Be mindful when paying for stuff contactless. I caught till man trying to rob me of money by overcharging me and when I called it out after paying he wouldn't refund on the card, only give me cash from the till, plus he tried to argue about the overcharge so I just returned everything that I had payed for. Lucky cant give zero star. This review is not aimed at the post office but the shop. I've never had an issue with the P.O

The people who work in the post office are completely clueless. I done click and drop option for my parcel. On the email it says it says they can print the label in store. They said they couldn't so had to go all the back home to print the label and come back.

Two days after this I bought click and drop option again and registered the shipping weight as 1KG it came to 1.03KG and they refused to accept it. Absoultely rude, disrespectful customer service, they don't understand their own job.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! Rude and abusive staff! If I could give -0 stars I would. Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour and attitude towards women (male chauvinists). Some staff/extended family believe that because their family run the shop and in his own words "turkish", he can therefore talk to customers any way that he so feels. No respect for women. Vile!

fastest post office in london. I litteraly wait for 10 mn max, knowing that all post office i walk by are busy outside. everyone s very nice

Extreme level of rudeness. Especially the lady with the glasses. If you don’t like your job just change it. I will now go a bit further to avoid this woman.
