Stevenage Post Office

Very good service, quick and without the issues.
Only those short hours are frustrating as not always have time to go that early.

Lovely friendly lady. Check the times on the actual post office website if Google doesn't accept my edit as it basically opens 9-1pm through the week and closed on weekdays. Not sure if Google will accept my edit on the hours. I have uploaded pictures though

The service is helpful and friendly. Please be aware that the hours advertised are the shop and not the post office. The post office is Mon 9-1, 2-5.30 and Tues-Fri 9 to 1.00, closed Saturday. I have found this out the hard way!

Lady postmaster processed my parcel without any acknowledgement of my standing in front of her. No eye contact, no please and no thank you! She was far too interested in a call she had taken on her mobile. Odd hours of opening, in complete contradiction to the hours displayed on the Post Office website for the High Street branch. Will never use this Post Office again but then, they never seem to be open at the times that suit me, the customer. That says it all about non existent customer service. EDIT 28-7-21...The lady must have had a bad day when I wrote this review...I have since found her very welcoming, attentive and friendly...update from one star to five.

Great and friendly service, unfortunately the opening times are not correct on Google. Correct hours are listed on royal mail website though.

Opening hours are far too limited especially when taking in to account how much people rely on delivery services. They should be increased, or someone else that can service the community should take over.

First visit to this post office, very helpful lady behind the counter who explained which service was best for my package . Will definitely use again.
