I have been in this branch probably 10 times and I have never waited for more than 5 minutes to be served. There is a paid street parking right in front of the entrance. It is nice that they work on Saturday and once a week until 8pm. What is missing is a wheelchair or pram accessible entrance.

Been picking up my items here and the staffs are really friendly and everyone is polite Not until today! I politely asked for my parcel which is supposedly delivered today as per 2 emails sent to me and thru my app, so onbviously i will come and pick it up.. but the guy there asked me like what?? Wait what?? He was like no no wait Where do u leave. Whats ur adress in a very unpolite tone, sarcastically. And like come here il show u the sytem. Its not here. He could have told me "sorry its not here there couldve been a mistake, it happens sometimes. U can go back and track it again." Simple as that!!! Always tone down, no matter what race u r talking to.

I don't understand why the rating is so low for this place? I had nothing but a great experience there, and their label printer is always handy for returns.

The staff are patient and explain in detail why I can not get my tracking number work.

Very bad department. Always closed. The site says that they are working, come with a heavy package, and the branch is closed and there is no one anywhere. Call the line, they don't pick up the phone. Terrible((((

The people who work in the customer collection point are first class. They all wear Covid masks, check your ID and hand over your parcel with little or no fuss. Their opening hours are extensive (7 days a week) and there's almost nothing they could improve on.
