Lea Bridge Post Office & Newsagents

I always go here to send parcels for my small online business. The staff are polite, helpful, friendly, and offer an efficient all-round postal service. One gentleman working here went the extra mile and gave me some FRAGILE labels for free, and also once helped me as much as he could when one of my packages got lost on it's way to Germany! Definitely would recommend.

I use this post office pretty much every other day. Always a great service, friendly staff.. Especially the younger fellow working the post counter. Downside is... The queues can sometimes be slow but that's clealry not down to staff and solely due to processing time. Feel a bit sorry for them sometimes though as they never seem to have any time off. PO really needs to draft in some cover staff for holidays etc. Sort it out your majesty!

Chose to deliver my parcel here, because the opening hours were good for me and close to home, however I went to collect my parcel today at 5:25pm and it was closing down. When i got home i received an email that my parcel had been collected. I am worried, what happened? Plus, the hours google maps, website and amazon are all different.

This is my local post office and I go in there a lot. I can't recommend them enough. Always helpful and friendly, and they do their best to keep things moving quickly.

I have visited here a number of times and every time I’ve had a pleasant experience. The young man the serves at the post office is always very welcoming to me and is always smiling no matter the weather. I hope the company acknowledges his efforts, because I certainly see them. The prices are the same at all post offices but I don’t like how they seem to change prices a few times a year, it’s difficult running a small business already and then to deal with random price changes isn’t ideal. I understand this is nothing against this specific post office but I thought I’d add it.
The newsagents has a good range of stock, I’m sure they have what ever it is you’re looking for and they are willing to help.
The service in the other local post offices is never as good as this one and I would like to congratulate them on their consistency and high level of customer service. I hope the employee manages to read this one day

Excellent sub post office - the staff are great, welcoming and knowledgeable. Very happy it's my local office - always great service.

Honestly - LOVELY staff. I see them around once a week and they’re always so attentive, chatty and lovely. The store has great selection of items and magazines too.

Feel very lucky to have this place right near my house!
