Ibstock Community Post Office

I've been going here since I was a little girl with my dad mick and always throught the women in the glasses was nice and perlite and helping take my parcels there get my money there and it's good for prices on some things but overall 5+ stars

Long story short, a parcel we posted was returned to this post office for no reason. We payed for 48hr delivery and the parcel was lost for weeks. We tried to send it back from this post office but after two days the owner couldn’t be bothered to sort it. Terrible customer service. 0 stars for him, 0 for Royal Mail.

Was closed due to the jubilee when tried to visit,having made a trip especially. I appreciate bank holidays can change opening hours, but in this day and age you would expect online information to reflect such closures. Royal mail, post office, and Google all listed this shop as open.

Every time I have been in the post office the lady in the shop is never wearing a mask and is not exempt from doing so.

Do what they have to do, but the lady behind the counter is the most snotty miserable person I've ever known!
