Bilton Road Post Office

The staff of this sub post office and the shop are very dishonest. Time and time when I have posted an item or have bought anything , I have been given a receipt which says cash withdrawal. When questioned the staff been given a vague answer and dismissed. I believe these people are cheating the post office. They sell stamps and pocket the money. The post office services need to check them out. My last encounter was last week when I bought a toy for £9.99 and instead of being given a sales receipt , I was given a cash withdrawal receipt, when questioned the guy serving got very agitated and gave me a vague answer when I questioned him again he was rude and dismissive.

Having seen all the recent 1 star reviews I felt compelled to share my experience. I have been going to this Post Office for years before moving out of Wembley and today went back as I was in the area and was welcomed with a lot of joy.

It is important to note that the Post Office cannot be held responsible for any lost items as that is a Royal Mail or Parcelforce issue so to blame the Post Office is wrong and ignorant. It's sad to see 1 star reviews blaming Post Office for lost items. If item is lost then direct that to Royal Mail or Parcelforce and put in a claim for lost item.

Perhaps being short staffed might have an effect on the reviews but generally Post Office lady treats her customers well and knows how to smile, she is not rude at all but if customer isn't well spoken in the first place then customer will likely blame Post Office lady.

I hope the above review helps as most of the 1 star reviews are unfair and do not represent this Post Office well.

The lady is not nice. There is a signpost "don't be rude" but staff should be a good example of it. Not a nice experience to start the day!

The Asian lady who works at the post office is VERY UNPLEASANT. This is not the post office to visit if you are going there with kids. They watch u like you’re there to steal and break their stock. Only went in to post a parcel with my two lovely children. Next time I’ll drive to Hanwell or Ealing as the staff there always make it a lovely experience for me and my children.

Came here today to post a very important document I was met with a very rude attitude when I asked to use the printer - which was out of service
She then continued to say these cost money to print as if I wasn’t aware! Went down the road to print my documents and on my return I was only quoted the most expensive price to send my document when I asked about the alternatives she said she doesn’t know when it will arrive maybe a couple days maybe more! I just walked out I don’t know why they think they can treat customers like this
I come in for a service I am a paying customer have some respect.

Sent a parcel paid for 1st class and signed for but my parcel was never delivered and unable to retrieve where my items were. Contacted the PO and the lady who answered me was very rude and unhelpful. I will never patronise the Branch again. I will not recommend

Would give a 0 start if I could. I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but one of the staff members ALWAYS has a bad attitude. She made a mistake with my postage and blamed me for it and persisted to be rude. I sent a parcel with them almost a month ago and it’s been lost and my mum recently sent a LETTER in the post, special delivery and that hasn’t reached its destination either.

Such rude staff, should either replace staff or close the store. Will no longer be sending from them.

If you DON'T care about customer service, then they post parcels but won't take Mastercard debit or credit cards on the sweet counter, I wonder why ? (But you except it on the post office counter)
