Erith Post Office

I have been to this place several times and the same person always treats me badly, | Not only with me with other people that that I witnessed I thought it was just a bad day. But no he is always so rude to people. How can a person have a store and serve the people in this way? still has a sign on the glass door saying that if any special need help and to ask? If you do not have respect nor with and normal imagine who is special

I've had mixed experiences at this post office. I went a first time, and the person was so rude I didn't even want to go back. But I had to visit again eventually, and this time I was pleasantly welcomed. Depending on who serves you, you might get a good or bad experience.

Been going here for over 15 years. Know the counter staff well. Normally it is the customers that are rude.. due to the area. Have been in the queue many times with people arguing over key meters, or people not completing post office forms correctly then arguing with the staff.

Always found the staff friendly and helpful.

Amazon return. The guy at the post office desk did not follow instructions. I had an amazon return which contained 2 items inside which means 2 QR codes needed to be scanned. He persisted on scanning only one and told me he didn’t need to scan the other one. Amazon then notifies me they have one out of two items although they were shipped together in the same box provided by amazon. This man got me in a sticky situation.. luckily the items weren’t expensive. Don’t use this post office for expensive items EVER. Only good for letters at beat.

As many other already pointed out the guy working there is absolutely rude and not polite. One time my parcel was lost . He made me think I wrote not clearly the address. I was trying to avoid going there after all, but sometimes there is no other choice. Last time he said to me, I need to write clearly on an envelope what side is meant to be from and what side is to????Seriously??? Isn't it always the front side -to and back side of the envelope from???? I'll do everything I could to avoid this place in the future.

Late opening of the post office when told the previous day it opened at 9am. The worker lied and said it was 9:30am despite the online opening times. I was then informed that they were late and to just deal with it. When asking for their complaint’s policy the worker kissed his teeth at me.

Avoid at all costs. A formal complaint has been made.

The counter staff are always polite and friendly on my visits and efficiently deal with my parcels. Good job guys!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I had a complicated transaction and they were patient to help me process it. Whilst waiting I noticed customers can sometimes be unnecessarily rude.
