Plenty of people on the desk and able to do anything you'd expect at the post office.
Very friendly service and surprisingly quick! Better than a high st shop for sure!

Giving it one star is not fair. There should be a way not to give any stars at all. At the boarder, it is a very very long queue that doesn’t move. Most of the counters are closed. That is not acceptable in a civilized country. But it’s ok in a country such as the UK! They have no respect to people. We look like sheeps in the farm

Really busy at terminal 3 in July 2022. Hard to find a seat. Long queues 30min or more if you want to sit down to eat at a restaurant. Gung ho airport buggy drivers almost run you down. On the plus side, quite smooth to get through check in and security.

Brenda is AWESOME.

She helped me stamp and send 67 letters in about 5 minutes flat, and was super friendly while we did it. If you need any help posting anything before you fly go and see her!

You can find the post office counter is inside WH Smiths at the checkout, between security and Pret.

It's closed, has been closed for a couple of years, annoyed it still show open and opening hours. It is boarded up. Do not go.

Arrived back at Heathrow after a long and stressful journey that was made even worse when it came to collecting our Luggage. Waiting time to collect luggage was 2 hours and 45 minutes which is absolutely shocking. There was only 1 other flight before us listed on the information board and so the delay was inexplicable. There was no member of staff for updates or explanation and so it's clear that we are at your mercy. Please hire more baggage handling staff. Passengers pay alot to travel and in turn keep airports open. Be great to end our journeys on a high note. A positive note is that once I finally got my luggage and was ready to get my bus home, the staff at the coach and bus stations were most helpful in directing me to my correct bus stop. I really appreciated their professional assistance.
