Wyndham Road Post Office

Hi place is amazing 🤩 and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Service is very fast then before. Shop looks outstanding. Inside is clean and warm.

Now under new ownership and it's a huge improvement. The shop is much bigger and they have so much stock!

Staff are also much happier and easier to converse with.

The new staff there are rude. The shop looks better but there’s no point undergoing new refurbishment if the service gets worse. I used to love the old shops service, he went above and beyond and was friendly. The new store staff can’t even as so much double check the stock room for a parcel because they can’t be bothered. I also got accused of stealing £1 crisp even though one of the staff members witnessed me pay for it! Horrible service. I hate walking in my local post office now. Prefer to use the local lockers as drop points!

Just been to Wyndham Post office after its reopening to pick up my Parcel customer service was excellent very helpful and polite They have introduced new Services and it will help the local community a lot as Passport photos cutting keys and etc etc we'll done to the team.

The shop has undergone a complete refit and is now a small convenience store too. Probably best to shop at the Co-op around the corner for cheaper prices.
I would also suggest that if you are posting a letter, packet or parcel ALWAYS start by asking for the cheapest postage rate. You might find they tell you the most expensive postal rate first to get more commission. This is EXACTLY what the previous owners did and I questioned this. SO be warned ⚠️

A very convenient little post office within the local area of Wyndham road Camberwell, has recently gone through a refurbishment,much more welcoming than before and the refurb definitely needed, the service I had received was very good, quick and efficient, when I was sending a parcel,best time definitely I agree would to go early as they only have two counter's so when it does get busy there could be a wait, other than that the services they provide for me they do which saves me going to a bigger post office so again a very convenient post office within the local area
