Brecknock Road Post Office

Unnecessarily rude staff who feels entitled to scold customers at length shall they be confused on some details of their parcel drop off or collection.

Items on display often do not have price tags, which makes the whole customer experience unnecessarily cumbersome and awkward.

I learned to avoid this office at all costs unless strictly necessary. There are better post offices a walking distance from this one where you'll have a way better experience.

Very rude staff, not willing to help the customers at all or facilitate. It is really unpleasant to have to use this post office. Avoid if possible.

Very rude lady at the post office. She is impolite and extremely unpleasant in her nature on dealing with customers. She and others their really need to obtain better customer care skills.

Short queues compared to most other post offices. Staff are efficient, they sometimes skip on pleasantries which keep the queues shot. If your short on time then this is a great post office. Never had any problems here, been using it for years.

I like this Post Office. I've used it on numerous occasions and always found the staff helpful. One lady in particular is the font of all knowledge and seems to know what to do in every case. I have witnessed her being extremely tolerant in situations where customers were slow to understand.

Small post office with only two windows . I needed to return an item and found the service really quick and empty enough . Post office is also easy to get to because the bus stop is right outside .

I have posted items on numerous occasions.
I always make it clear that I want to post 2nd class, and the lady behind the counter always asks me to pay for 1st class delivery.

Not sure if they charge 1st class and then cancel the transaction and keep the money for them.
It happened to me over 10 times now. I made it clear to her last week that I would never come back.

They need to be reported!

The rudest staff i have ever come across. Would give them a minus star if i could. Hostile service with the worst attitude. Make you feel like a nuisance when you use their services. Honestly not sure how they are still working there or how this branch is still open. Would avoid this place at all costs.
