Grafton Post Office

I came here a few times and most of the times the customer service was very poor.
Today I would say it was the worst so far. I questioned about the price they were charging me because it was different from what I saw online on the post office website and the person serving me instead of explaining it to me, became aggressive suggesting I was trying to tell them how to do their job. They also said they don't know where I got that price from and that I was wrong.
If you don't know how to interact with people, you shouldn't be dealing with the public behind a counter. Never going there again, that's for sure.

Friendly staff always willing to help. Great little post office offering range of services. I have been using this post office since 2018 and had only positive experiences.

The manager or whom ever he is so rude its shocking I'll never do my business there again.

Super long wait just to drop off some packages, they took 15mins to deal with one customer ahead of us while everyone in the queue waited outside.
When I did eventually get inside, the process went smoothly and quickly. The shop smelled a bit strange though.

Someone is getting paid for sitting in the office and not doing job, because of strike. Better to shut, it’s not my fault someone is not getting paid enough, so I can’t do the stupid return. If you’re sitting there just take parcel. Btw I can’t do the return, but person behind me could send 1 huge parcel. This place and work is a JOKE!

This post office is always open Mon - Fri 9.00...5.30 and Saturday 9-1 never follow googled times.

Handy post office if you are visiting the Grafton or this side of town. The shop is a bit small i.e if there's a queue you might have to queue out the door, but in all reality that's not a negative. The service is good and reliable. Better than a lot of sub post offices these.
