The lady in the post office window was so rude. I couldn’t hear well was she was saying so i asked twice to please repeat what she was saying and she gave me a bad look and ignored me. She threw me the package and left. Definitely not worth sending another package to this destination only for the costumer service.

Went to pick up an Amazon parcel well within the 18 day collection period, only to find the status of my order had changed from 'Delivered' to 'It can't be delivered', so the delivery was cancelled, even though it was definitely delivered. I pointed this out to the lady behind the counter and she just said 'Oh it's gone!'... I explained that I was within the 18 day collection period and all she had to say was 'It's gone', with no further explanation. My advice is, if you actually want your parcel, don't get it delivered here...

I actually dread coming into this business. The lady at the Post Office is so rude for no reason at all. Such a shame as the other counter staff are lovely but I’ve had to change post offices because of that lady. I came in with a parcel and she just yells “TESSSSCOOOOO” and I said sorry what? She yells back “TESSSCO” so I take it that I have to go to Tesco and return it. Why can’t you speak to people with manners? Please learn how to respect your customers

Sincerely baffled why the staff here have chosen customer service roles, although they seem to take profound pleasure in finding reasons why they can’t help so maybe it makes perfect sense. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in London.

Horrible service the lady behind the counter refused to do her job and give me the gas and electric credit that my provider gave me and lied about the gas and electric meters not working when I asked the man behind the counter he said they was fully in order when I confronted her again she told me to go else where and didn't even refer me to the nearest post office. On top of that she looks down at you as if your doing something wrong she basically told me to f off even tho I had every right to be there and calm my credit like I did befor. Horrible customer service I would not recommend it

Awful. Do not use this post office. Pretty sure they steal parcels - high value item of mine delivered there tracked through DPD. Claimed they couldn’t find it, incredibly rude, refused to provide any details. Woman who works there is very suspicious

Tuesday, 03/01/2023. Post office should open at 9 am. I was there at 9:35. Light was off, post office was shut down. This is a complete joke. Was it closed because you sacked all this useless staff working there or because they didn't show up to work being on strike yet again?

Worst customer service I ever had.

On November 06 2021 I decided to process some parcels for return.
Arriving at the Brixton Hill branch after half an hour walk, I am waiting in the queue to be served.
When my turned arrived, after waiting for approximately 15min, I asked the employee to return one of the parcels. I was about to pay for my return but all I needed just a copy of the receipt so I could attach it to my parcel before doing so. Out of nowhere a second employee jumped into the conversation I was having. The receptionist started asking personal questions which I refused to answer. After exchanging words the second employee decided out of the blue that he wouldn’t serve me.

I felt very offended and frustrated for waiting my time like everybody there to be served and in the end to be refused to be served because of the whim of an employee.

I want to remind people to be first of all in service to your customer, to not abuse your power over any one. I would like to remind employees there that they work for the Post Office: you’re a direct representation of a bigger company and can’t suddenly just decide if the customer deserves your respect. I feel offended and discriminated.

This branch is the worst post office branch I have ever walked through, with no respect, racist behavior and above with no customer service. After seeing the review on google I shouldn’t be surprised by my experience.
