Fleetwood Post Office

Quick and efficient - it does what it says on the tin - it's a post office. I was sending a large heavy letter to Wales. No messing about - letter weighed, fee paid, label stuck on to envelope and off it went. No fuss service.

Incredibly difficult and poorly managed

Not only did i find trouble claiming parcels whilst up there due to there limited opening times and difficulty reorganising delivery

But now im back south and had a parcel missdelivered up there ita almost impossible to claim, they rarely answer the phone, wouldn't forward the Parcel on to the south even at my own personal expense and wouldn't allow a former housemate to pick up a parcel with a photo of my ID and a letter giving him explicit permission to pick up my parcwl after having tolde on the phone (on one of the rare occasions they answered the phone) that this would be acceptable

Now im pretty sure that the 30 day claim period has passed and I can no longer get my parcel, although i cant actually get in contact with them to confirm this and ive lost potentially two very valueable parcels exceeding £100 in value.

As you can imagine this is incredibly frustrating and i am sorely disappointed with the service this post office provides

a good service i bank there not want a chat and a brew so being friendly does not matter that much

Incredibly difficult and poorly managed never open on time and staff need more training as they don’t know the system. They tried to charge me £25 to change the tax classification on my new car, not happening went to Thornton post office instead and had no issues.

Wonderful friendly service.

Support your post people in their industrial action for better pay and conditions

Anger should be at the shareholders the government and those who profit when the people who make them profit have poor pay and working conditions

Staff are rude, couldn't care less about customers. Only use if you have to. If there is any alternative use that.

Most unhelpful counter staff I’ve ever had to deal with… just wish I didn’t need to use a post office… they are ruining the reputation of post office services

Always a pain to use this PO. Queues out the door regularly due to only having one or two staff members, who are all incredibly rude and clearly hate their job. I will always choose to walk an extra mile to use the Chatsworth Post Office.
