Ashburnham Road Post Office

Very friendly welcome at this typical little corner shop/post office. Good selection of greetings cards on sale plus sweets and other essentials. Post box right outside too. Situated in the middle of what looks (these days) to be a very pleasant 1960s housing estate Useful selection of shops next door to it (chemist, Chinese, Tesco express etc.)

Good experience all people serve good when you go so he telling all options and very polite person. And mainly good its open Sunday as well.

Great shop & post office amazing staff with quality customer care

Honestly appalling customer service. Rude and clearly unhappy if you purchase your postage online and not in her shop! I suggest that if you want people to pay for postage in your shop then get a label machine as other post offices have done!!! Sadly, even if you a label machine I still wouldn't give you my money!!

Worst post office service in UK. The owner(lady) is very rude, aggressive and discriminatory. I hope gov can cancel their post office licence. I’ll never return again. I actually want to give zero star, they don’t even worth one star.

I will never return to this post office again, the woman always over charges on the parcels, she serves other man who just walked in for no good reason when i am clearly waiting in line! really unpleasant treatment, i went to the post office further down that charged me the correct amount!

The owner (lady) is always passive aggressive. Our family try to avoid using them as much as we can. I think they hate it when you buy postage online and not there in the shop.

Unbelievably rude couple run this place. Shock they have any customers. Closest decent one on tudor drive less than 5 mins away if anyone wondered! AVOID!
