Any time I come in here after 4pm the 'computer isn't working' and it's gone down. I say I'll wait and they just say it'll be like this all night now - so basically they stop working an hour before it closes.

Horrible attitude at the best of times but this is taking the p***

I agree with the previous comment of the little dumpy one with redish coloured hair with glasses !! The way she treats customers and glares & scowls at people she could do with some customer services training! Shes been there yonks..but i dont know how shes still there!!??..if she hates the job..then get another one!! So many staff look unhappy in this job..move on find another job then!!🤷‍♀️🙄😡

Went to send a parcel back today. They said not taking parcels today royal mail on strike for two days then its Christmas day and boxing day. Yes I know Karen I'm not stupid..however rang litherland they were taking parcels she said royal mail are on strike not the post office. Took the parcel no trouble. Never using that post office again. They want to do bare minimum

Theres a lady who works in the post office here with redish and short type hair. Her attitude has to be filthy! Barbaric customer service i dont think shes ever been trained. Absolutly shocking!! Id make an officoal complaint to royal mail about the staff representing them. However theres another woman with dark hair, she was really nice, my 5 stars goes down to the ridiculous treatment i had from that 1 particular staff member. Such a disgrace to royal mail
