This post office has got a lot better in the past year. They have now realised the busy times and put 2/3 people on during lunch hours as this is when the queue is longest. Sue is always super helpful. I go there a lot and she always recommends the ‘drop and go’ service - but I don’t mind waiting! The reason why I have done 4, instead of 5 stars is because it states the post office is open from 8am so I go to post at that time and have to beg to get items posted as apparently the post office section doesn’t open until 8.15/8.30 or until another person turns up to help (at whatever time they wish!). This post office has got a lot better though so thank you for doing something with the feedback!

I was extremely pleased with the service received from Sue Bathia. I felt like a person, I was treated kindly and had an important and sensitive request requiring Sue to listen to my case and take quick action, which she took. Top notch.

Great service and lovely staff! Friendly, polite and good communication. They really do their best to help with query and find a suitable solution. Cues can be long at peak times though.

The Royal Mail website says this is open til 9pm. Note, the post office bit of the shop is not open until 9pm. They do not even sell stamps outside of the post office opening times.

Unfortunately the lady inside was also quite rude in explaining this to me, which is a shame as it looked like a useful facility otherwise.

Yet another scummy off-licence that doesn't post any price listings on its beers. This is always done to scam profits off unwitting patrons or those who simply do not care. When questioned on this malpractice, the vendor became aggressive and asked me to leave. I suggest just going to the Morrissons down the street if you want to buy a reasonably priced beer.

Honestly the post office staff are ridiculous, I went today to buy road tax for my car I was refused apparently the DVLA system refused it I went home phoned the DVLA and they said there is nothing wrong for this particular car at all they must have typed a number wrong.
How can you work and be so careless I had to phone DVLA and waited about an hour that told me there is no restrictions on getting a road tax .the staff at the post office both male and female especially the male was rude .avoid plus they ask too many private question from customers .

Very unpleasant experience. The male staff in the shop near the entrance in the morning on Friday 6 January was so rude and unhelpful that I am writing this review, which is my first one in my 8 year London life, when I asked to post pre-paid parcels. Avoid if possible.

The guys in the shop were extremely unhelpful even though the place was not busy.

The post office folks were brilliant though.
