Downham Post Office

Excellent service in this Post Office all the Staff are really helpful and friendly, always have a smile to greet you with. They go over and above with their service. Have had extremely difficult circumstances to cope with thanks to the clowns at TFL putting up barriers to obsttruct access to the Post Office and adjioning shops compromising their economic recovery. No disabled access and difficult for parcel collection/delivery.Thanks to TFL, suggest you consult don't dictate.

Great little post office! I have been living in the area for 5 year and have always had great service from all who work there! All staff are really helpful and friendly, and above and beyond with their service!

Not happy at all. Charged my elderly mum £4.85 for a first class parcel when she asked for it to be sent 2nd class. She didn't notice until she got home and looked at the receipt.This is the second time this has happened. please be aware as the people in this post office don't listen to you !!!

Best Post Office ever

I find that all the time that when I am sending a Parcel at this Post Office the staff are very intrusive about wanting to know what is inside of my parcel especially when there are other customers there in hearing. Where is the respect of my privacy?
