Stourvale Post Office

Post Office is open till 23:00 according to Royal Mail website, but actually open till 21:30.

Great staff. Reasonably selection and price. Not a Tesco. Has a post office. Regular reduced expiring food. Some parking.

Unfortunately the Post office has changed its hours but you don't find this out until you enter the shop as the hand written adjustments are on the sign in from of the counter. Saturday closes at 16:00 now.

Very poor customer service. Having waited for nearly 5 minutes with a growing que behind me I was told that due to a technical fault the Post Office was closed. I was told that there was a sign saying so but there was only a box with the opening times on. I was told that this signified that the Post Office was closed but unfortunately I cannot read minds yet. I suggested a proper sign was put up but this was not well received by the lady assistant. I will take my custom to another Post Office in future.'.One Stop' need to sort this out.
