Cranbrook Road 126 Post Office

Poor service parcel was send it to the different country destination, Postmaster mistake he didn’t even apologise for that (Human mistake that was his excuse) NEVER AGAIN THAT POST OFFICE STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED
NEVER AGAIN ANY ROYAL MAIL SERVICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE.

The morning staff is very unprofessional and rude. The post office opening timing is 8.00 am and they open the post office about 8.10 am. If you go at 8.00 am then you need to wait until they open the entrance. If you are going there for collection then they don't take your post code and tracking number. The man always ask you which service you use.. it's incredibly rubush service. Don't waste your time

I use this post office several times a week and have never experienced any problems. Service is efficient.
