Enfield Highway Post Office

I went in to ask how many stamps I needed for my parcels. When I queried, the man at the counter (whom I wasn’t even speaking to) was shouting at me that I wasn’t ‘paying him’ as I was using my own stamps and I should be grateful to be assisted. He kept shouting over and over in a busy store which I found rude and embarrassing. Would not recommend.

Just been to the post office in Enfield highway today, I'm absolutely surprised to see the daughter of the manager ( asian girl) speaking so rudly and harshly, boasting the fact that her dad is the manager there.
That's not good at all. If the manager is employing her daughter to work there, then she should be trained to speak to customers.

Very disappointing, no manners at all.

Went all the way down here to send important parcel paid for parking
On google says closing 4pm but there is no-one inside
I was said it closed earlier.
What a time waste

It wouldn't kill the staff to smile. "Hello, how are you".
simple values to create a great atmosphere is what's needed here!

All the people that work here need to cheer up they are moody and rude especially the young one at the front counter if I ever see him smile or say hello I may have to assume the world is about to end.

Worst service ever!
Unacceptable rude staff without clue of up to a date information.

Wouldn’t trust this place with a piece of paper let alone my parcel.
Which magically didn’t arrive even though the TRACKING said so but apparently tracking is not correct.
No one and nothing is correct but the rude girl behind the counter is. 1 star is generous If you ask me

I am a local customer and I have been going to this post office for years. Today I was treated with such rudeness I can hardly believe it. I was shouted out I front of everyone by the Older male worker. Never in my life has anyone spoken to me in this way. I was embarrassed. He needs to be addressed about service and manners. I was queuing when someone went in front of me. So i moved to get served next. When a saw man saw me he started shouting at me. He said, I was standing in the wrong place. I tried to explain but he didn’t want to listen. He then shouted “get out”. I was verbally abused and it’s unacceptable. I hope you read this and understand that you should never speak to people the way you spoke to me. Not even on a bad day. I work in retail and I’ve never raised my voice to anyone. You should be ashamed.
