One star is too high a rating for this place. Before you even get a chance to experience the dreadful customer service you will notice how unhygienic and unsanitary it is in there along with general untidiness. The man that served me at the post office was incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive to my request (which was fairly basic!) and when I left I felt like I could bang my own head against a brick wall. Why the post office keep this branch open is beyond they are quite literally dragging their name through the filth.

Post office needs to close this branch ASAP! I've sent an international parcel a month ago, still no news and apparently "lost", except this is one of the many cases of "lost" parcels sent through this branch.

Do not use.

Have used this post office everyday for the last year and the guys in here are always super helpful and friendly.

Counter staff was arrogant and deliberately unhelpful. Unpleasant all around.

If you want to buy an envelope or packaging you have to get it from the bit of the shop that isn't a post office. He won't take card payments under £3. You can't combine the purchase with your spend at the post office so basically: unless you've got cash or use your own packaging you can't really use this post office. If you have your own parcel ready to send they're great and very nice and helpful staff. If not, it's a bit weird.

Rude staff and very unhelpful, particularly the young men behind the counter. I was sending the larger letter to outside UK and I had to declare what it was (antique watch). It was sent by traced and track delivery. The letter has never left the post office according Royal Mail Track Service and the client was disappointed. Now I lost my watch and my money. AVOID to use them at all cost....very dodgy

Avoid at all costs, my new local post office and have had 3 out of 3 bad experiences with inflexible, rude and unhelpful staff.

1) Refused to accept a parcel via the BFPO scheme which was 2.1kg instead of 2kg. I offered to split the parcel into 2 smaller ones, response was "no I can't accept, not allowed". I split into 2 and took to Tooting Post Office with no issues.

2) Refused to certify a passport photocopy because the photocopy had a written reference number for the company which required it at the bottom of the A4 copy. "This is not a true likeness; your passport does not have this reference number on it". I asked if I could simply cross out the reference number or cut it off with scissors; "No, there would be no space for me to stamp". Took the same copy to Merton Post Office with no issues.

3) 2 letters sent 1st class on 13th August have not reached their destination.

Avoid avoid avoid; worst Post Office I've encountered.

Apparently open today(28th Dec) until 4pm, but have not been answering their phone since this morning. Useless opening hours on Google Maps as they are actually for the shop NOT the Post Office, even shows those hours on the Post Office website again not helpful.
