The Oval Post Office

Jim G - Had the pleasure once again of using the Oval Post Office. Liona, Bailey and the rest of the team there continue to provide an outstanding service. Always smiling, a pleasure to interact with them when I visit. The service is always excellent. Observed a colleague there recently serving a gentleman whilst waiting myself to be served who was a little confused about the transaction he was trying to make. The colleague took her time and carefully explained what was required. Really good to see, despite the queue that was beginning to form. Really nice to see that despite the pressure of meeting the demands of a busy Post Office, they remained professional, courteous and engaged with the customer. Great service, nice to see. I would not go to any other Post Office.

Super friendly customer service every time! Go above and beyond to help a customer, also.. amazing sweet section! My kids love it! Keep doing an amazing job guys!

disgusting staff working there. many times I encounter rudeness there, they raise their voice at me. there the invincibles work and still work. I don't understand how people like that can be allowed to work with people. It was my last visit,never again!

The rudest management I've come across! Not used too being spoken too like a dog . Need too learn customer service

What’s the point in saying your post office is open online, when your shop is shut??

Every time i try ringing them it goes to a fax tone .then try again its engaged .Then repeat

Needed to renew photo licence - rang Friday to see if need to book or anything - told no just come anytime between 8.30 - 5.30 with the exception for lunch 12.30-1pm.
Arrived following Monday 11.10am to find all shut up. Asked in another local shop as nothing to give opening times or any other info. Told opens and closes when feel like it? I have tried calling on and off throughout the afternoon and no answer.
Working from home and is not my nearest post office but is nearest for service required. What a waste of my time. This is not acceptable from a public service.
Whenever I visit other post offices mainly Bailgate as I work on Eastgate always has people queueing and very friendly and helpful.
This Post Office should not have priority on services as it appears it is never open for normal service let alone any specific ones.
Very annoyed.

late to open, went in to hear the manager swearing away. Couldn't process my driving licence as the machine was broken, suggested I should back the next day - no thanks went to Louth on the way to work and they were lovely and dealt with application straight away.
