Woodberry Grove Post Office

A review long overdue. I've been using this post office for 20 years, back when they were located across the street. The owner has always remained the same. This post office is professional, patient and polite with their customers requests. They work efficiently and have never had me feeling like my visit was wasted. I've been to other post offices for other reasons, and they don't compare to the level of service here.

Although they can be busy at times, they've always had me leaving satisfied with my needs. 10/10!

Started using this post office since it opened and the service has always been excellent. I visit almost daily with small parcels etc and everything is processed quickly and efficiently.
Staff are always friendly and professional which is not always the case in every post office.
Josh has often gone out of his way to help.
The post office can get busy but the staff always make me feel like a valued customer.

The staff are always polite and go the extra mile to help you.
Today I was expecting 2 urgent packages from Amazon and wasn’t sure if I was going to receive them before the post office closed!

Im so pleased to call this post office my local. I always recieve exceptional customer service and my customer expectations are always exceeded. I usually got a few question about sending parcels/stamps and parcel bags to which i am provided with the best advice.

O yh and ive left my bank card and phone in there a few times by the mistake and its always been returned to me..so im always thankful and happy.

Extremely slow staff. They never want to help me, as I buy my stamps in bulk online, simply to make the postage quicker, as they are extremely slow.
Every time I go there, they complain I'm not making them money so they don't want to serve me. They are rude, miserable and very slow. If post offices are like this one they are not going to survive for much longer Horrible service. Rude and slow staff. Very disappointed.

I've been using this post office for the last 7 years and got to know Josh and his team. I order a lot of stuff to try so I often have many returns, and his staff are always very patient with me. Josh is always happy to offer an advice on shipping options and delivery times. The shop also stocks a great range of cards, office supplies and travel accessories. And I really appreciate that they were open throughout the lockdowns putting their own health at risk while serving customers and their shipping needs. We are moving soon so I'll definitely miss Josh and his friendly smile.

Have been using this post office for almost 3 years now and have always received great and efficient service. I thought I would write a review because I had a bit of a nightmare yesterday and Josh helped me out massively. I realised that the person I had sold my iPhone to was actually a scammer, so had to run back to the shop even though I knew it had closed. Josh let me in and made a few calls and tracked down the parcel which had just arrived at the depot. He got it back for me today which I am buzzing about!!

Will charge you the highest rate they can. How dare you charge for Garuanteed1pm delivery, when you clearly know that it's not available? Only informed after paying that it won't arrive before 1pm.
