Richmond Road Post Office

The loveliest post office that we’ve ever been lucky enough to find! Nothing is too much trouble. Poovan and Sashi are really sweet, helpful, and go the extra mile every time - it’s the best post office I’ve ever gone to (and I post a lot!) I moved into the area about a year ago and I was amazed to find that I could post late into the evening. What makes it extra special is the friendliness, helpfulness and care that is shown by the owner and his family. Thank you. Such a pleasure to do business with such lovely people. I hope the Post Office appreciate the Richmond Road Post Office.

I always use this post office instead of my local Surbiton one in Victoria Road as they are always friendly, welcoming and efficient. Throughout the pandemic they have made so much effort to ensure customers are safe, and it seems to be run by just one person who is doing a fantastic job. Definitely worth the longer journey to get here.

Been using our local post office for over 14yrs now! Everytime you go in there lovely reception, happy to help and always polite. They offer so much now oyster card top ups, gas and electricity top up along other Bill's. Would definitely recommend shopping here and paying Bill's you need. Lovely people, lovely family

Rude woman who will serve you speaking on the phone and eating at the same time. Shocking experience. She also overcharged me on my letter and when I asked to double check the price she started raising her voice up and making faces. Gosh I’m not going back there ever again.

Despite the 3. 1 star reviews, god knows what's wrong with those miserable people, but I have to say this is the best little post office in Kingston, the man is always polite and goes out of his way to help his customers. Iv used this little post office for years now, and it's always a pleasure going in there. I guess the rest of the 5-star reviews say it all really.
