Royal Mail Delivery Office

Visiting the Royal mail delivery office in Crawley is always a riveting experience.

As we all know, the local Crawley beauty Kings and Queens work for Royal Mail, gifting the Great British Public with an experience of parcel delivery that makes everyone, and I mean everyone, wait at home - pining for an interaction they’re sure to remember.

The lady at this office was very helpful in returning a wheelchair my son ordered. She arranged for Royal Mail, to pick this large parcel up for us. Good customer service all round. Thankyou

I have had 8 packages sent First Class Recorded delivery ‘disappear’ at this Sorting Office… they acknowledge receiving them and errrr that’s it . Could there be a thief ??? Or maybe a burglar broke into the Sorting Office and stole my 8 packets .

Really poor. Missed a package delivery card left tells you to come here. Sign says they’re open but everything is closed up so no access plus there’s a sign telling you they’ve moved. It seems they’re not interested in providing any service.
Although they’re happy to go on strike for more money? I will avoid using Royal mail as much as possible.

Awful service! I missed the delivery because I was in the bathroom. The guy knocked on the door once and then left immediately. Now I have to go and pick up myself.

Useless, went this morning and has the closed sign. I then went to WHSmith as this is supposedly where they have been relocated when the woman asked me if I had resent the parcel to the WHSmith store.

Nice and quick ! No recepie given though .
