West Ferry Road Post Office

Been there a couple of times decent service. Both the guys were fine. I didn't face any issues or rude behaviour. The Indian guy was fine with me and the other guy as well. I dealt with both of them on multiple occasions so not sure what's the fuzz is all about. It's a small post office and due to Covid people have to line outside.

Excellent service and I entered with much trepidation after reading bad reviews.
Travelling around Europe and after leaving England expect hotter weather so wanted to post jumpers etc to final destination. Sole service guy couldn’t have been more helpful! Also advised me against one big package as there’s a special rate for 2kg bags and even with tracking that was cheaper than 1 parcel. Very happy

Been there couple times, never been unhappy with their service. Queue can be quite long at times as there are only 2 staff but not unbearable. Been dealt with by both staff and had no problem.

Honestly speaking they are very welcoming and very polite. Always willing to help with a solutions with their services in offer.
To avoid queuing up timing is key.

Hi, I have been dealing with both employees for more than a year now and very frequently (Fortnight once at least). I never felt any issues so far. I hope it will continue to be.😆. After 3:45 pm it will be queued up. The best time to visit is in the afternoon after lunch hours. Very good and on-time service.

I’ve been using this post office for more than 10 years and both staff are very nice and friendly! The only down side is the queue but it is a small office so nothing they can do.

I've been to this post office over 5 times to send packages, the Indian guy is fine. He let me off one time because I got a parcel weight wrong and today was very polite and wished me a great weekend at the end. However the Chinese guy is just rude for no reason on many occasions, so I prefer going in the morning to avoid him.

If I could give 0*, I would. There is always an endless queue as they only have one member of staff with minimum customer service skills. They also don't have a printer. You'd think that in 21st Century England there'd be a printer in most of the post offices. The office also looks dated and smells😖🤢.
