Royal Mail Hammersmith Delivery Office

They don't have envelopes, they don't sell anything.. and can't help you with anything but leave/receive a parcel. That's all.

Post office very dated. Card machine not working. Current staff member should have retired years ago. Needs a refresh.

The delivery guy didn’t deliver to my house and left a note that I wasn’t at home. I tried to re schedule the deliver and the next day available is the 29 of November. I needed this parcel today. I asked my boyfriend to go collect it as the timing is 8am-2pm and I’m working at that time. The office is closed due to strike and they didn’t mention it on the paper they gave us. Ridiculous. So now I need to wait 3 more days to have my parcel that I needed today.

November 2022 these are the opening times. Cannot say much else, that’s why the three stars. I’ll update the review once I’ve seen things with my own eyes. 😉

Absolute shambles. Sorting office only open until 2pm ridiculous

Left note that i wasnt at home and did not even trs to knock or anything… opening times are terrible for a working person and my delivery was needed to be delivered week before and soonest delivery was 10 days after. What the…

Not blaming the sorting office as such but beware you have a young thief driving a van who stole the contents of my parcel . Extremely out of order, even had the cheek to have it delivered the next day empty with my regular lovely gentleman. What a dirty and desperate thing to do. I will never use the royal mail personally again! I will be taking this further!

Tried to take it further but who ever I reported it to at Hammersmith sorting office, either clearly knows the thief or threw my request for information in the bin. Joke of a place!

Very good service. I always choose this as a drop off or collection as the staff is very friendly and helpful.
