White Hills Post Office

A lovely little shop with lovely staff. A great place to pay bills and send or receive parcel deliveries. A friendly atmosphere and a little shop to buy bits and bobs you may have run out of.

This is the first time I have dealt with this branch. I was totally annoyed with the staff who work there. They are not helpful, they try to shirk their responsibilities and are unprofessional. If you like rude, unhelpful service? Then this is the place for you.
It really is a terrible place and I think Royal Mail should really go bankrupt with this branch behavior.

Very rude , unhelpful , unprofessional , the employees there are very rude and unpleasant , they are totally unprofessional even they do not know how to deal in good manner with customer , a post office to avoid , by mistake I got there for an emergency post service and will be the last time , a place to avoid completely

Friendly counter service, long queue but managed efficiently. NO PASSPORT APPLICATION FORMS AVAILABLE HERE. Why not?? Totally bonkers you can get a setting up a new business form but not a passport application form. Only available from the main post office on St Giles, which also has a photo machine inside.

Very "helpful" and " customer focused" staff.
I went pick up a percel with my 3 years old daughter, arived 14:01, one of the staff told to us come back at 3pm we are closed now. I ask please just 10 second and i can pick.up my parcel. Answer: NO. Thank you for your help. Please awoid this place , rude staff.

Cannot believe these people ..... extremely rude and unhelpful..got there at 1735 hrs ( closes at 1800) to post a parcel.. was told to come back tomorrow... total lack of politeness...unwillingness to help. Is this any way to run a business to serve the community??? Will never use this place again.# useless !!!!

Terrible service the woman at the counter is rude and unhelpful… has an attitude like she is doing you a favour by serving you .. and it happened every time we went there..decide not to use this post office ever again.. after yesterday..went to a different one today and they were very helpful… POST OFFICE you really should give this person customer training.. if I could I would give it now stars..

Rude and not helpful people. Very long waiting time. I drop my parcel at 3oclock ant they said can't accept because is to big and they don't have enough space.
