Royal Mail Uxbridge Sorting & Delivery Office

Took time out of my commute to work to come and get a parcel at the advertised opening time of 8am. The opening times board on site even says this is when they open on Thursdays. At 8:36am, there was still no-one there and the door was locked. Absolutely useless. I am now later for work than I thought I would be and still don't have my parcel. It's disgusting that Royal Mail think they can waste people's time like this.

(1) Royal mail website has incorrect opening hours for this sorting office (hours are mirrored on google maps). Such a basic thing to get right, but obviously not worth the effort to them.

(2) visitor parking filled by royal mail vans. This occurs in front of a sign which reads " no royal mail vehicles". All of the disabled parking bays filled by royal mail vans. Again, a basic thing to get right.

It's good for dropping off your parcels, collecting click and collect or just sending parcels as you can pay online now. I don't think much of the opening times though as most people work so it needs to be open later and certainly not not closed at 12:00 on a Monday.

A huge thank you to three staff members at the Cowley Rd, Uxbridge sorting office who helped me out in an emergency on Saturday 22nd October. They were super heroes. Thank you, Chris Casali, Scott Woodley and Mr Karda. You all came to my rescue and went above and beyond.

My delviery was mesnt to come from here but i Never even saw it they jus took it says that its signed And delviered but its not 600 pounds Lost better to just use dpd or Evri but not this

Parking occupied by the Post Office vans and STAFF!!
I was the only customer in, but no parking space was available.
Visitors parking spaces: red vans
Disabled parking spaces: Red vans
NO ROYAL MAIL VEHICLES signaled parking spaces: red vans.
Disabled person in crutches had to park on double yellow at the roundabout and walk the whole parking lot when I left the place. Shame!!!
This is a management issue without any doubt.
Whoever is the manager there should resign or be laid off.

Parcel not delivered! I was home! No knock on door. Not the first time.
And absolutely not customer service when you ring up!!

Don’t even think of coming on a working day, no parking at all, need to leave car on a double yellow line space. Broken post office vans taking up lots of spaces.
