Excellent service by the person at the counter. Helped me with my parcel delivery. Although it was busy and that can be stressful, they were calm and friendly to say the least. I am a happy customer & would not hesitate to recommend this post office to others! 😊👍🏻

Went here to exchange some money to Euros ahead of a holiday. Looked at the advertised rate on the board which read 1.12 to every Euro and decided this was acceptable. I then went to the cashier and said please give me €300 and was charged for that amount. When I reviewed the receipt I was charged 1.06 rate so this was much more expensive!
I then asked for a refund and was told this is not possible despite not being informed of the rate I was buying.
This is anti consumer and the fact that a different rate is displayed to the one I received is false advertising. They said the rate is for spending over £1000 but they never advertised the base rate that I would receive. This is anti consumer and FALSE ADVERTISING.
To the lovely lady behind the desk who did not do her job and inform me of the rate SHAME ON YOU. How can someone work with customers with such little regard for what is fair and right?
I spoke with the manager who ADMITTED the cashier should have explained the rate before I purchased but said there was nothing she could do.
How is it possible when you admit you are in the wrong you take no action to amend the issue.
To all customers looking to exchange do not go here. Bad rates and shady staff. I have now researched online and would recommend Eurochange who have far better rates. I should have done this myself but thought I could trust the post office. Silly me!

On the website (Google attached) the post office advertises they are open on 31st December 2021 till 5:30 pm. I've just walked all the way there carrying heavy packages. I arrived at 4:03 to find they were closed!? There is no point having a List of Opening & closing times on the entrance door but not on the website. if you try to call them you wait ages to get a live person. This is very very poor service but not surprised. Surely Post Office have somebody updating websites for the sake of the public. How many other people you have b een inconvenienced. Absolutely livid!!!
