Crewe Town Post Office

The post office is inside the WHSmith shop at the back. It can get a bit busy sometimes.

Very few staff so usually a long wait. What staff there are are very friendly

Very short queue and really helpful staff. Something that seems to be rare these days was the staff talking to you and not at you.

Rude unhelpful staff

It's been brilliant for me and getting my parcels on time

Went in with a parcel that had all the labels and a 1 st class special delivery sticker on. Wanted me to pay and had no clue what they where doing. All they had to do was scan the postage label and hand me the receipt as proof. The women said I had the problem when it was them. Rude. I will also be sending this to a manager off the post office.
